The Mt. Bethel Children’s Consignment Sale offers East Cobb’s best deals on gently used children’s gear. Clothes in all children’s and juniors sizes, shoes, toys/games, books, bikes, movies, DVDs/Blu-rays, games, pack-n-plays, swings/highchairs, child furniture, nursery decor, bedding, bouncy seats/exersaucers, athletic gear and shoes, accessories, and more.
Our Mission and History
The Mt. Bethel Children’s Consignment Sale (MBCCS) was established in 1979 by a team of volunteers. The goal was to share the love and helping hands of Christ to those in and around the community through shopping. While the sale has grown exponentially, the mission of the sale remains unchanged.
Members and non-members of Mt. Bethel are encouraged to sell items their children have outgrown and to purchase new gently-used items. Proceeds from the sale go to support domestic and international missions. Additionally, unsold items are given to families in need locally and, through our mission partners, across the world.
This community sale is conducted twice a year: once in the fall and again in the spring.
The sale is held at Mt. Bethel UMC. There is ample parking, a bake sale to satisfy your sweet tooth, and a delicious boxed lunch available for purchase.
We have reached an exciting milestone – our first 50 volunteers! We still have many volunteer positions waiting to be filled. Join our team and you’ll be able to shop the Preview Sale before the public.
All active volunteers will maintain their privilege to shop early at either 4:30pm or 5:15pm depending on the shifts chosen. Please contact us with questions.

If an existing consignor directs a new, first-time consignor to register and consign with our sale, both will receive an Express Check-out Pass to be used during the Fall/Winter 2017 sale. Here’s how to qualify:
- The new consignor must be a first-time consignor with our sale. This offer does not apply to getting an additional consignor number for an existing consignor or to a previous consignor who hasn’t sold with us for a while.
- When the system asks “How did you hear about our sale?” during registration, the answer must be the existing consignor’s name.
- Both the existing and the new consignor must consign at least 45 items each.
If you meet these three criteria, both the new and existing consignor will qualify for an Express Check-out Pass (a $10 value each) when shopping. The Express Pass can be used in our express line, a priority waiting line, to get you to the check-outs and out the door much faster.
Email us to see if you qualify before the sale or at the sale by checking in at the Data Desk (across from the check-outs). This offer is limited to one pass per consignor.
